1. What is an Jumbo Plus Mortgage?

Arc Home’s Agency Plus mortgages qualify borrowers that want features that a traditional mortgage does not offer such as increased loan limits, no PMI, and LTVs to 90% and interest-only options. Full income documentation is required to qualify.

2. How do you qualify?

Through the Agency Plus program, borrowers may qualify using full income documents. For wage earners, this means your most recent YTD paystubs and prior 2 years W-2s. For self-employed borrowers, you may qualify using your prior 2 years personal and business tax returns as well as your YTD P&L statement*

3. How does an interest-only loan work?

An interest-only loan is where the borrower pays only the interest for a specified period of time based on the terms of the loan, with the principal balance unchanged during that period. At the end of the interest-only period, the loan converts to a fully amortizing loan (principal and interest payment) for the remaining term. Borrowers are required to qualify for interest-only loans based on their ability to pay on the fully amortized amounts.
